Another great Grand Imperial CD mix showcasing late spring/early summer of '99. Love the Thugged Out exclusive "We Don't Give A.." which I believe was for their slated "What What" compilation that never ended up getting released as a result of Penalty Records going bottom up. Don't have an official cover.
