It's hard to tell these beats weren't the original beat that was rapped over. The Tupac estate should've let these guys produce those posthumous releases. This is another one that I do not have a cover for. I can't remember where I acquired this nor can I confirm the title is correct. I vividly remember parts 1 & 2 but cannot recall a part 3. The file says the year 2000. There are some unreleased Dirty Harry tapes floating around but I am not sure if this is one of them. If you have more info on it drop a line.
