Mark Rosado a life-long fan of Hip-Hop runs a store "Vintage On First" in Hoboken, NJ that sells vintage streetwear as well as records, tapes & CD's. The store has it's own DJ's who spin regularly. He began filming performances at the shop & posting the shows online as Top Shelf Premium. The in-store performances led him in 2015 to begin releasing a series of "Off Top" mixtapes. These are all fantastic releases with tons of freestyles. If you haven't, I recommend giving these a listen.

This one's an import released on Flavor Records a French Label. Enuff takes on "French" Hip Hop & does a great Job. To be honest I'm not a big fan of foreign Hip Hop but to each his own & I respect skills no matter where you're from. If you've never heard this it's worth a spin.
