It's not a good a rip, no offense. I'm not sure what you're using to rip your audio but if it's anything other than a cassette deck > RCA cables > 3.5mm input or USB A into audacity you're not going going to get good audio. Look at your wave file in Audacity: https://postimg.cc/y3XnjHfh Its a solid block of maxed out audio. Mixtapes on cassette have to have their audio fixed in the mids while keeping the lows and highs even or slightly buffed. If you have any noise or hiss you have to throw a noise gate on the audio and play with the threshold. Your clarity comes from the middle, always. Plenty of YouTube video's on how dial in audio with audacity. Keep at it.
