Agallah - Collection (includes Purple City) (1995-2026)

Whether you called him 8-Off, 8-Off The Assassin, Agallah, Ag, Don Bishop, Don Bishop Agallah, Agallah The Don Bishop, Angel Aguliar, Agaski, Brad Piff, Agalar, Al Ghul, Agallah Faro or Abdul Swagallah doesn't really matter. Not many can have a music career spanning from 1994 until now. At the age of 20 he garnered noteriety producing for Champ MC & production on Onyx "All We Got Iz Us" album. In '95 he completed the EastWest records debut "Wrap Your Lips Around This" (handling most of the production on it.) that got shelved but produced 2 singles a video that could be seen on Yo! MTV Raps called "Ghetto Girl" (which can be viewed on Youtube) with a cameo by a then unknown Ashanti. Bootlegs of this album would follow & gain him attention in underground Hip-Hop circles. From there he would continue to produce & formed a short lived group with Parrish Smith of EPMD called D.B.D (Death B4 Dishonor). Other members included: Ike Eyes, Deke O'Mally, 215 & J. Boogs. D.B.D would soon disband but produced one single & a demo tape. He would continue to produce & later linked with Shiest Bubz & Un Kasa to form the Dipset affiliated Purple City. They would go on to create many memorable mixtapes & Agallah was finally able to officially release his 2006 debut album "You Already Know". Nothing lasts forever including Purple City. They would disolve after internal business disputes. From 2007-Now, Agallah has continued his output as an artist & producer maintaing relevance dropping many mixtapes & indie albums that continue to display the talent of Angel Aguilar! He has a catalog that's in a league of it's own.
This includes most everything he's done. You know the drill. If you notice anything missing please let me know & if you have it, an upload post to the CBox would be nice!

  1. Fun Fact...Ag gave me a bunch of unreleased music back in the early 2000s. He had a falling out with my team so I made the "Fuck A Purple Chain" Mixtape with those unreleased tracks after he got robbed in BK. Ag ended up hearing the mixtape and long story short said he was taking it. He ended up adding it to his discography. At the time I was fuckin with a site called Harlempiff.com..I made up the track names, one of the guys from Canada made that cover for me and dude that ran the site randomly came up with "coming up clutch".
Also my team at the time helped finance that Propane Piff CD.
