This happend 44 Years ago on December 30th, 1981.

This was another weekly spot show taking place from the now world famous Harlem World club. Anyone who was anybody in Hip-Hop had been there or performed there. This night was set to be a Battle night. Unlike today's MC Battles, these mainly consisted of acts/M.C.'s performing & at the end they were judged by the crowd's reaction. This night ended up being different. Kool Moe Dee then a member of the Treacherous Three would go on to make history.
